This company sheltered me very well during the covid-19 pendemic. So job security is good, Although company can do lot of things to improve the work culture. Overall work culture is fine. This place is very easy going.

Dislikes

Firstly,As an employee of this company a one must expect employee meal or at-least employee refreshments which the company do not provide, nor there is a compensation for the same. Secondly, Company must come up with something like staff bonding excersise, they must reward every staff based on there performance. Company do not delivered what they promised. Overall fake promises and they want sleves not employees they do not care about your health issues. Even the higher officials behave like fools, if you suggest something they don't give a damn that thing management is not supportive arrogant manager who spoils others carrier

The HR doesn't support their employee.. They are more interested in people's personal life rather than in work. They directly threaten that they'll fire us if we don't find out some information about any gossips happening in the office.
