I worked as a freelancer. The only thing I liked about Trivium is, the money is so good compared to other SME jobs.

Dislikes

Even though the money was good, you won't be having peace of mind. The work is too hectic, you won't even get time to sleep or have food properly. I worked as a freelancer, they'll say that "you only need to work 6 hours a day, your work is flexible..." But trust me, you won't finish your target in 6 hours. You won't finish your target in 10 hours. I used to work for 14-15 hours a day. And no matter how much you work, the managing team will never get satisfied with your work. They only value the work of permanent employees and not freelancers. Don't think that the managing team is completely mean and cruel. They also have work pressure. But we only need to consider our mental and physical health, right. Anyway like I said, I got around 50k in a month, which is good money for a freelancer. So I didn't complain. But I had to quit after 3 months because of the extreme work pressure and health problems due to that....Read More

I have recently started working in Trivium Education. I work in the night shift. The work environment and culture is good. There are targets which one should accomplish. I dont feel that that targets assigned cannot be achieved. The incentives are also good. Other staff and team leaders are very supportive and polite. Overall I would say that working at Trivium is a great experience.
