Working at Trivium is really nice. But the salary accrued to me is very less in comparison to what my colleagues get and working equivalent. Also, there is always a feeling of risk of loosing job because of the contractual role hiring. Overall the experience is very good. But, sticking contractual employees to contractual position by giving an extension and not offering a permanent role even on completion of the initial contract seems unfair and poses risk to job security.
