I was joined as an HR executive there but thay was working as a recruiter farm and they told you this is in house recruitment but they was working as a consultancy, whole work process was like consultancy and they are also working on Saturday and Sunday and after office time they are also working from home. If you're experienced person so don't join this company

Working at Trivium is really nice. But the salary accrued to me is very less in comparison to what my colleagues get and working equivalent. Also, there is always a feeling of risk of loosing job because of the contractual role hiring. Even after completion of the contractual period or specifically probation, only an extension is given on contract whereas it is very much fine to offer permanent employee position....Read More

Overall the experience is very good. But, sticking contractual employees to contractual position by giving an extension and not offering a permanent role even on completion of the initial contract seems unfair and poses risk to job security.
