Good carrier growth company & learning lot of this because in water sector won design team no any any dependency for out sourcing. 2. any pressure from manager level you have with won decision maker for your work at site execution. 3. Salary growth & Appraisal not good but job security is 100% 4. Travel policy not good not bed on an average.

This company is growing day to day. It always adopt latest technology and i am happy that Iam one of the part of this company. Also talk about my collegues which comes from different areas of country are very polite & helpful nature & work in happy collaboration.

Dislikes

When its comes about the work it is very high pressure environment. Sometimes it takes me 12 to 14 hours in a day. Some more values is given to senior officials rather than juniors. Also the appraisals levels are very low, there is no any training programs about latest technologies.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes.
