Don't have any words for Which make me like in working at Triveni. I am feeling bless that , I have left the Triveni. Otherwise this company will ruined my life. Pathetic environment of the company. Didn't allow you to make you settled own in the company.

Company Do not have any proper Vision. And believed on Hire and Fire. Management do not have any policy how to run the business. And most of the time get threatening from seniors about your Job. Local Brands has more good planner than Triveni. Triveni will fire you from your job without any reasons. And I has mentioned in there appointment letter that , they will fire you anytime without any reason with providing 3 month basic salary only. Old èmployee will play politics to make sure that new employee leave the organisation.. Cut throat politics at senior level..senior management plays worst politics with new employee..survival of new employee is extreme difficult for DGM and above upto GM level..
