Its a 9 to 5 job,therefore work-life balance is excellent.Top management is very supportive & gives freedom to execute new ideas.

Dislikes

There are quiet a lot of opportunity for IE but its very hard to execute due to poor co-ordinate between departments.Politics within the company staffs ruins growth of company as well as career growth.
