I would say the company's overall reputation drew me in. I hv been in administration for 5years, Trishul always has been an industry leader in community friendly standards.

Dislikes

Lack of stability, No proper work time schedule you have to come early but there is no fix time to go back. Career growth am continuously doing same work from last 5years as a employee u always wants to learn new things in her job.

Work Details

I work to maintain office system, including data management and filing, arranging travel, accommodation, screening phone calls, meetings & greeting visitors, manage personal banking.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
