I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Hence the working environment is very good then there is no words to say about dislike for this organization

Initially when I was new to this organization it was very difficult to mix up and take our own decisions for production, but as the time passes it's become easier..
