The people are good, and the office location is good. Thats it!!

Sit back, this will be alot. 1. Management : Its corrupted, and they are all internally involved to bring you down. They do not care about your struggle or your life. They will manage/plan things poorly and somehow make it look like its all your fault. 2. The people : Sobjen you are the most filthy & cunning person i will ever meet,this guys uses abusive language with you and its can be filed as an harassment with proper evidence (do record your offline meetings somehow ) and Ashuk, man you have got to chill. Stop wasting clients money and the poor employees times. Sell your "company" and end this, please. 3. Your Seniors : Except 3 -5 people, all the seniors/leads are suck ups, they know how to l**k each others a**. This is how they have sustained in their place. Half of them dont have any clue about technicality of their current work. 4. Reputation : This company doesnt have a reputation among their clients ( except for thier major one, and its becasues these people know how to con ). Without mentioning anyone, their previous project records evidently showcase this con behaviour. They just know how to shell out the cash by billing a "jugaad" (Yes, this is what they casually do). 5. Hikes and Work-force : If you ask for an hike here, then youll be in trouble. Only if you put your papers down they offer hike, and thats not even a great number. In my case, we were given an assessment ( LOL ) of the things which they themselves dont use. And even after clearing it, they postponed the hike bringing up some lame deadlines. They will manipulate you to chase some deadlines and promise hike, but once you achieve the deadlines you'll just be ignored. They have got a solution to this - Interns! 80 % company on November 2024 is just interns, why?? well they are cheap, desperate and can be easily tricked into believing "This will be a great learning curve". If you are Intern --> DO NOT EVEN THINK OF JOINING. 6. Work-Life cycle : This is a joke, literally. There is only work. Overtime on weekdays dues to managnements incompitence and poor planning. Work on weekends to meet unrealistic deadlines ( as everything is buggy there ). You do get comp-off for this ( nothing for overtime tho ), but the catch is - Its a nigthmare to apply for leaves. They create alot of issues if you even think about leaves. And I and my colleagues have worked on our leave days as well ( that too it was a major festival ). Conclusion : No! A BIG NO. These people have made their own small world inside those 4 walls, and however desperate, broke you are please dont join. You could rather work as a delivery partner, and Bengaluru is big and beautiful city, keep looking for opportunities elsewherre. Cheers (:...Read More
