Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. They are using for their needs and they didn't pay any salary to you and there is no job secure life and there is no medical emergency. The forced me to work 14 hours per day morning 9:30 to night 11 sometimes night 1:00 a.m.
