Im very happy to work with Trimed. I worked completely on field the support I got from my superior and management during the work im very happy. Especially the management treat each employee as own property. The technical support from the senior mangers in field excellent. Right to work place for any employee

There is sandwiche policy, top management always talks about money generation, no perper involvement of all departments. Our insights are not welcomed. Very biased towards HR. If the HR likes you even the boss likes you or else no. We are not allowed to talk with anyone even during Breaks, but the HR is always on floor and Gossipingall day long. 1. It is easy there to get a leave maybe because it's very less, CL 1 per month. 2. There's flexibility in work schedule, no strict monitoring. If there's no work & time is 12 pm, then also we can leave the hospital. 3. A lot of learning opportunities because there's so many equipments in the govt hospitals.

Dislikes

1. Only 1 CL per month, no SL, no EL, no comp off 2. Salary is 🤮. I joined there for 13k & my senior who was working for 3/4 years had also same salary. What the fish!!!
