Not at all satisfied with the company. A very very very big issue is salary. We are working without salary since last 4 months. In the month of MAR-2018 we have got the salary for NOV-2017. We dont know by when we will get the next salary for DEC-2017. Very poor & worst organization to work. If you are thinking to join Trimax then please dont think. It is wastage of time & money. If you fight against management to get your salaries, you will be warned that you will be terminated if take any action. Very very worst senior management team. Now We are trying get out from her at the earliest....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
