They train you very well from beginning.

Dislikes

They don't give hike if you work well also. Hr is one of the worst in this company they didn't do any favour to employees just bark like dog on employees.

Job is quite interesting but if we do xtra hours they just give 50rs.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
