The schedule followed by the school is decent. Some subjects are given too much work. they want to keep limited teachers, hence most of the staff is over worked.

Dislikes

They propagate a philosophy which they dont follow. They are not respectful to female employees. They do not give a raise as required. Join them, if you dont aspire to grow in your career.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
