The company is doing it’s best for the staff in this pandemic. There are some executives who are not treating certain staff well, holding personal grudges against the employees and also pressuring the person mentally.

They pay good for a fresher.

Dislikes

Most important you don't get your place to work for example if you want to work in Indian but they have less staffing in conti they will put u in conti rather then putting u in staffing Nd the worst is you have to work fr 14 hr every day. No break !! So think before you join..

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
