I really love the way this firm works. The management and founder are really really cool and come with a great deal of experience. TCT taught me everything related to HR and I really feel this is what kickstarted my career. Thank you for this opportunity .

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
