Best part is that Colleagues are Very friendly Even though they come from various cultural backgrounds, we work happily in Collaboration. I Also like the Employee Re-Hire policy here.

Dislikes

Management is very bad.they leaning all non technical parsons, no values for designation, staff, they are taken day night work taken but allowance not provided . Their are No up comping projects

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
