Dislikes

Management should be improve/monitoring the internal infrastructure, career, National/International Workshop/Conference, & teaching methodology & attitude. Training and Placement department must be active & appoint senior placement officer & placement officer then only gradually increase the career opportunity to the students. Staffmembers also must be teach in english & dress code should be in formal and shoes. Yearly twice staffs present national/International paper or journal is compulsory....Read More

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
