Company's infrastructure is appealing and the variety of products handled by company is amazing ..from apparel to leather home, accessories..all under one roof

Dislikes

Working environment is pathetic in terms of sensibility towards handling employees..top management behavior towards people is like that employees have no right to say something..lot of politics and ground level employees problems are not even addressed.

Likes

No support during the lockdown. They immediately started layoff and sending people on without pay leave. Then after 3-4 months asked for resignation. That was too selfish thing from a reputed organization.

Dislikes

Less support to new comers in the working environment. No SOP's for the reporting and meetings.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
