They will make an offer to you and once you have resigned from your company they will revoke the offer if they find someone who is willing to join for lesser CTC. They will spoil your career. Be very careful when you are given the offer here especially from HR. They are so inhuman that they will not care even for a second to spoil someones career

The work culture us very nice. Like minded people, hence better understanding and collaboration. Fun environment, we work hard and party harder. Management is very supportive, its like a open door culture.
