Good work environment, some teammates supportive, management is not transparent with employees, they hair people on less salary, not as per the market standards, bonus and benefits employee has to ask management, management will not give without asking.

Dislikes

They are always terminating employee without any reason, which is completely disappointed me, Like sometimes employees went for annual leave and suddenly management will tell them that no need to come and we have terminated your contract etc.

I have learn everything this my self on the ground, which is help me to learn more thing and to understand the complete market, there is no one to assist new candidates and no training team.
