The only thing to like in TresVista is it’s environment and some people who keep the environment cool and workable. Other than this I don’t think there is any benefit with respect of work , appraisal, promotions or skill enhancement. Even work life balance is disappointing. Please re-consider in every possible way before joining this firm specially in BDS department.

Dislikes

Everything except colleagues. No gains at all even switching in different from is difficult once you get here no other firm will take you have this kind of projects specially of general support and business development services (BDS).

Good learning curve if you want to make a career in finance.

Dislikes

Associates are just MBA graduates from good colleges without any real management skills. Most of them have limited knowledge and rely heavily on the analysts. They literally sacrifice their self respect in front of the clients by being extra polite which is unneeded at times. No credit for good work but heavy critisism for slightest mistake.
