NO pros but number of cons please read it carefully all detailed info is given regarding CTC and how this compnay is fooling and inflating ctc

Think twice before joining this organization if you have another offer take that even if need to compromise with the pay. At least your job will be secure and you will have peace of mind 2) The pay mentioned in the offer letter is a BIG SCAM. Around 25-30% of CTC is variable component which is dependent on your performance and rating and if you receive rating of 2 you lose the whole amt. 3)relocation amt is a big scam: for analyst role they give rs40000 but if you leave the organization within 1 year you need to bear the whole amt well in this organization most of the employees are asked to leave within 1 month if their performance is not at par so you end up covering all the relocation amt all by yourself. USE YOUR RELOCATION AMT WISELY. It is included in your CTC which is unusal and inflates your overall CTC 4)strict timings: from 9 am to 6 pm you would be considered late if you arrive at 9:01 am 5)now coming to manager and senior authorities the whole organization favours favoritism 6) it is not even the work pressure the senior authorities are full of arrogance. The HR director and TA team, they just care about others efforts and time they do whatever they want and however they want they will reject your candidature after final round and salary discussion without any reason. And when you ask for a reason they don't have any . Worst HR Team

Nothing at all, it was all a nightmare.

The culture is horrible, especially in the HR department. If you simply agree to whatever the seniors say without giving your opinion, they’ll be fine. Else they’ll make your life miserable. You will not be allowed to contribute ideas, simplify processes or use your brain to work. They’ll have a set of rules and you will have to follow it. The seniors will interfere in your personal life and will try to harass you all the time; especially the female managers. There hasn’t been a single day when me and my colleagues have not thought of leaving the company. You can’t complain about the top most HR manager because the partners of the company will take her side and fire you. The managers micromanage every single thing you do and calculate how much time you’ve taken to finish a task and then ask you what you did in the extra time (example, 30 mins). They basically want you to not move from you seat for 9 hours atleast. They will keep a track of your punch-in, punch-out time and your breaks in between and will question you every month. The internal meetings were more like bashing sessions in the morning where the top manager would make everyone sit from Mumbai and Pune teams and would insult them throughout. We would simply keep our heads down and listen. Before the pandemic hit, I was asked to get VPN access on my personal laptop so that I could reply to emails and work over the weekends.
