Top management is so egoistic. They'll acknowledge / implement your ideas only if you're qualified from Tier 1 B school. It's immaterial however you're experienced and subject matter expertise. We cannot work for someone's ego.

Once my reporting manager was too good and supportive now she is completely changed after cfo mayank Prakash intervention.

Team politics, CFO is very mean person, he only want us to listen his way of talking if we don't he will fire u from job, nd bucket policy always supported in Treebo. Be cautious while choosing job here. He wanted all old team to be removed from treebo and want want his former companies employees to join here .

CFO of treebo is absolute worst, you will be rated based on number of hours you have worked, Worst than L&T ceo as he expects us to work for 14 Hours a day for all 7 days. After working and giving everything he will be not satisfied and only his favorites will have good ratings, and you never know when you will lose your job

ridiculous hiring experience... They only hire on the basis that you can demonstrate " your previous work documents" and are able to send lots of documents showing lots of previous work you have done. They don't care if you have the right skills or not—you just need to have lots of documents to show them. people in the marketing time like Viditi hire only as per her moods and conduct interviews as per her wishes... she only has bogus interview questions to ask. she won't ask anything about you or your last job... she will only ask to show tons of documents... and hiring only takes place if you are able to show her lots of documents from the last company...... they won't ask anything about what work you have done, what work you can do... they only want to see tons of documents so that viditi is able to ask baseless questions... won't recommend joining the company.... poor hiring process.. i...Read More
