For head office Ludhiana salary on time for all employees . skill development very good. Software training very good for all. short leave providing good. EPF facilities good. For Abroad Employees Salary on time weekly off Fooding very good. Duty 8 hours.

For Abroad Employees as I faces 1.Medical facilities very cheaper. 2.No car and bike arranging for site employees. 3.NRE account not opening so that employee can't save TDS from the salary. 4.The values like a labour of site engineer,site incharge but security guards attitude like the GM. 5.There is no value of honest and hard workers besides give much pressure to Hard workers and no work pressure for lower employees. 6.Noone ready lesten your issues if your facing. 7.If you joined the company for abroad projects then TRB will not provide you basic facilities as car, Electricity,fooding even medicine if you are ill . you are directly under the African partner and you will request always like a begger from African partner. 8.TRB want get all work from a Engineer like work of store keeper,work of security guard,work of site incharge,work of site supervisor. 9.A large chalange work for project manager because you would be work with out stationery, printer,almira, 10. No good sleeping after work on the site because there electricity is not continue 11. No AC arranging ,no Fridge arranging no kitchen arraigning. 12.Tottaly very bad life of African countries if you haven't above facilities. 13.No theater,no beach no any facility by company so that employee could be relex....Read More
