I have been associated with TRB Group for the past 1 year. Perks and employee benefits offered are quite inviting. Moreover, the management is supportive in open communication. There is a major focus on work-life balance for employees. I am happy with the increment offered here.

Dislikes

During heavy workload, we need to work on weekends too.

Besides getting a timely salary, we get good appreciation from higher management. Since there is work pressure, there is a collaborative work culture here. Moreover, the work-life balance is best in TRB.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
