The management lacks vision and leadership, making it extremely difficult for employees to thrive. The work culture is toxic, with favoritism being rampant, and no support or recognition for hard work.

Dislikes

There’s a severe lack of work-life balance, with employees expected to work overtime regularly without compensation or appreciation. Additionally, there are no clear growth opportunities, and the training programs are either outdated or non-existent. Feedback from employees is often ign ored, leading to low morale and high attrition rates. The HR team is unresponsive and fails to address employee concern.
