Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

Do not go by MNC brand name since most of the MNC's are lead by Indians, unfortunately Holding company without evaluating his knowledge and skills they are appointed as MD with huge package. Here the working culture is very Bad. The Head in India is a corrupt guy with vested interest and has made working very difficult if you do not agree to his corrupt terms. Lack of professionalism is one of the key attributes in this this organisation. Actually Kemppi, Finland, is a good organisation with a pure European working culture, but this has been modified in India by the Indian Head to suit to his vested interest where any body who stands up to work ethics and against his corrupt ways will be shown the door on any pretext.
