Do not go by MNC brand name since most of the MNC's are lead by Indians, unfortunately Holding company without evaluating his knowledge and skills they are appointed as MD with huge package. Ultimately existing employees and Company's taken to task. Employees growth and prospects severly affected. Always think twice and check Indian head's profile and background

Here the Culture is very bad. The head is a corrupt guy with vested interest and very difficult to work environment if you differ from his style. Lack of professionalism is one of the key attributes in this organisation. Actually Kemppi Finland is a good organisation with a decent European culture but the culture in Kemppi India has been modified to the vested interest of the Indian Head who has spoilt the name of KEMPPI in India....Read More

Here the working culture is very Bad. The Head in India is a corrupt guy with vested interest and has made working very difficult if you do not agree to his corrupt terms. Lack of professionalism is one of the key attributes in this this organisation. Actually Kemppi, Finland, is a good organisation with a pure European working culture, but this has been modified in India by the Indian Head to suit to his vested interest where any body who stands up to work ethics and against his corrupt ways will be shown the door on any pretext. This has spoilt the name of KEMPPI in India and this company has lost a lot of good technically sound people in the past 4-5 years. Rampant politics is the norm of the day....Read More
