Travelguru means amazing work culture. I was there from 2008 to 2011. During my tenure with Travelguru there were some fantastic resources in all the departments, with a very young and enthusiastic CEO who never fails to try new things and never stops dreaming and motivates his colleagues. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
