Travelguru means amazing work culture. I was there from 2008 to 2011. During my tenure with Travelguru there were some fantastic resources in all the departments, with a very young and enthusiastic CEO who never fails to try new things and never stops dreaming and motivates his colleagues. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
