Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I request to everyone that please beware from this retail company because there is fraud managers because they will cut your salary by doing frauds with CSA employees and when you will raise voice against them then they will make any dangerous criminal planning i can mention some name of these managers like Md jaffarudin, gaurav kakkad and these are working at IGI airport t3 'relay' chocolate store. This is a chocolate store (k-hospitality) at Delhi airport and i experienced that it's a fraud company and there is nothing like to do like. Everything is pathetic and horrible in this company and if you will work there, you will definitely cry, avoid these type of any company.
