To whoever is reading this, please do not consider this to be a rant! This company is terrible. Please look to work someplace else. Don't get lured by the decent salary package. They (the founders) will be breathing down your neck constantly.. Nobody is happy here. All are counting days and are looking to exit. Most of the developers leave just after clocking 12 months, that tells a lot about the company....Read More

As I said, there is everything to dislike about this company. Constant micro management will take a toll on your mental peace. They would be willing to track every second of your time if they could. The projects are terrible (mostly meaningless frontend changes). The numbers of the company is also terrible and I am pretty sure the founders also know that the company is going under and are involved in money laundering and filling their own pockets. I wouldn't want you to not believe me and find out yourselves....Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
