Salary gets credited on 1st of every month. They will try their best to adjust you in other projects if you are on bench.

Alot of office politics, Favouritism is there. No big projects. Coward, incapable, egoistic, self obsessed Managers like Hitesh and other management leaders have ruined prestigious projects of the company. There is no vision, roadmap they have of their own. They are just puppets of the client. They are calling employees to the office but managers, HR themselves don't come. Management should hire bold, good decision maker manager's who can maintain a balance between client and the resources....Read More

Work life balance as my job is permanent WFH. In very particular, my manager is good who support in every aspect possible.

No Job Security, today you are there, tomorrow if Client seems to go, HR will call as tell you to leave. Their Sales doesn't seems to have clients in pipeline neither do I see the efforts. The company does not put you on bench, they directly kick you out.

Archer manager Dilpreet is the worst, ill-mannered manager I have worked with in my career till now. He made his own rules (tughlaqi farmaan) for the employees in the project and if someone misses something like applying for the leaves or filling of the time-sheet due to excess work load or some other problem. This self obsessed egoistic manager's ego gets hurt and he doesn't approve anything. If you are expecting us to work on weekends and stretch for the day as well then these small things could be done from your end as well.
