While the company offers opportunities for growth and development, my recent experiences under the leadership of the AGM made it difficult to sustain a healthy and productive work environment. The toxicity and personal attack I encountered was disheartening, impacting not only my professional performance but also my mental well-being. Constructive feedback was often replaced with negativity, and the lack of mutual respect made collaboration a struggle. Despite efforts to address these concerns, the environment remained unchanged, leaving me with no choice but to step away. HOD under whom I worked was very very Idiot and pathetic, and middle management in general is not good there except design head Office is in BKC, Mumbai, office infrastructure is very poor, low space-crowded sitting, always noise happen, which will disturb you if are not coming from similar place. Admin is third class just they knowhow to please top brass, Salary comes late 7th of next month No canteen facility Notice period is 3 month, probation 6 months, there is no fair systems of appraisals -performance review etc. Appraisal gets delayed happen yearly but by end of August and September, variable also gets credited in part/installment goes till October- November, including salary arrears. Avoid working in HO as overall culture is very bad, if you are coming from big companies/MNCs, Full & Final settlement gets delayed, takes 3-4 months, if you are leaving and they put on hold salary of all the months once they get notification about your resignation, so takes care while resigning....Read More
