Favouritism by senior manager. Micro management reporting to line manager is not encouraged but he himself involves in every situation making it more worse. No hope for growth and learning

The company gives salary at time every month.

Dislikes

If i talk about dislikes, everything there becomes so toxic within one year after changing of management. Micromagament in teams become so common and it feels like headache to work. Managers have different level of favouritism with some employees, that if you are working day and night, they are gonna blind during appraisals and promotions. Secret relationship is also in trend now a days and employee got promotion within one year of sh** work without any previous experience, while people with 2/3 years of experience with previous 2 years of experience are still waiting for their promotions. Overall, dont expect anything from this company, no support, no appraisal nothing....Read More
