Everything , HRs specially the head one is worst ever Hr department I have ever seen they don't even know what decision they are taking and why ..very very very partial...worst every process they follow...since they got the funding they think they are king and can remove any employee or reject anyone by giving no reason...even don'treply to them as well...management only depend on them and listen Hr head as she is the older one..so mgmt think they are very smart but actually not..all 5 star ratings are forcefully taken by empl...paid certification to increase value of company but truth is 👎..pls don't join them to spoil your career..no growth once u r entering u vl get hike rest u hv to beg.. think twice before going...Read More

Everything, management and their worst thought process , they recently got funding so they thinks they are bigone like big4 who do anything and everything is right but it is wrong...I can name people but I don't want...pls dear management at least take good decision avoid any employee life as it is related with their family as well..don't spoil career of an employee after making commitments...pls don't make fool of employees and promise fake commitments...guys don't believe good ratings they had good deal with the company for this ratings...mgmt is very bad...pls learn some mgmt skills and don't do fake commitments specially the HR n HR head...10 years of exp.
