Everything in terms of politics. I was working as a computer programmer (GP- Permanent) in THSTI. I was pressurized by my manager. I was doing the same as he was guiding me to do during my service. I was mentally harassed by manager as well as the Head (Administration). They didn't provided me enough time to understand the complete project. Even the manager, who had been given the task to guide me was not evenly guiding me. No one understood my situation at that time. If anyone who is a fresher and want to join as a computer programmer in THSTI then I strongly recommend to not go for it. I'd undergone into depression after I got stucked into a situation where I was only having a last option to resign and leave....Read More
