Everything 1. Don’t join in this company in R and D position 2. Actually RandD is located in Vizag. There is no management in Vizag plant. If any problem arises, HR people of Vizag plant won’t solve. They simply say contact head office ( Mumbai) and they are very lazy. They won’t help at all and they delay things intentionally forinfinite time. 3. While recruiting also they tell themselves as MNC company, but it is not MNC and even it does not follow any HR policies. 4. R&D department in Vizag plant is worst. 5. Don’t join in this company and don’t recommend to anyone also. 6. After relieving they won’t give final settlement and if they will also, you have to remind every week and sometimes till you get your final settlement. Sometimes they will drag this final settlement up to 6 months. And they will pay final settlement in two instalments. No company pays final settlement in two instalments. Terrible work environment. Never seen such a pathetic management. They need productivity but don’t know in which direction a department needs to move. Frequent change in plan turns up in chaos and confusion
