Duty starting time is fixed but it has no ending time,like you are going to work at 7 am but there's a little chance that you come home after working 8 hours.Your credit will be eaten by your seniors.Too much politics here as because most of the employees are some one's brother, someone's brother in law.Top management apne ristedaron ko hire karte hai,accha package dete hai unko Jo kuch v nahi jante matlab freshers ko engineer level pe hire karenge.Senior slangs too much.. There are many things to learn there, Robotics spot welding, mig welding, projection welding, spm machines, press machines, TPM... Beneficial for freshers.

Manager doing is not supportive. Manager gives appraisal and promotions to those people who are close to him. There are some donkey like people who only scolds the employ and threats to them. Demotivating environment is there (24*7). No flexible shifts. Manager refers for Good learning courses, trainings only to them who are close to him (relatives). Manager threats you to give resign, He suspending the employees for 3 days, for 1 week for no reason.
