There are many things to learn there, Robotics spot welding, mig welding, projection welding, spm machines, press machines, TPM... Beneficial for freshers.

Manager doing is not supportive. Manager gives appraisal and promotions to those people who are close to him. There are some donkey like people who only scolds the employ and threats to them. Demotivating environment is there (24*7). No flexible shifts. Manager refers for Good learning courses, trainings only to them who are close to him (relatives). Manager threats you to give resign, He suspending the employees for 3 days, for 1 week for no reason. They call you on duty even on public holidays, if you declined then manager threats you by many ways. Salary not happening on time, (Dates - 15,23,27,). No mediclaim policy....Read More
