Salary they provide salary on time like 1st day of the month though they don't have a good salary structure as per the designation or Job role but they disburse salary on time that's a very good thing about the company

The place is great for freshers to learn and develop skills, also all my teammates and a few people from management like TL, Manager who I worked with were highly supportive. The TL I worked under made me overlook all of the flaws and created the right atmosphere for my growth and well-being. This was the first-time I experienced job satisfaction in my whole career even when the salary was low alongwith 6 day working. However, I don't think the company displayed any value for their management teams as well. Like the rest of the staff they too were underappreciated. Salary structure was controversial, they provided a raise but it was as a bonus and would not reflect as a raise in basic sal. Work-life balance was zero due to 6-day work week.
