Overall average, all depends on the bonding with manager. But the work culture and environment is good. Company director is awesome and it feels like family.

Dislikes

As every private company does, your mistakes are not easily taken. One mistake and you are out.

They have stuck out my Salary since Feb 2020, before lockdown they ask me for resignation only for the reason of Covid19. They don’t even bother to respond once asked for F&F.

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
