Being of integral part of Tata Power grp companies, culture of company is driven in similar manner. Policies are employee friendly and helps to sustain your life in better manner.

Dislikes

There are lot of learning exercises on skill development, managerial skills, software skills to be organised. This will help employee to groom their skills, which shall drive company to be in even better shape.
