Teammates and boss are unsupportive and full of pretence. Boss is supporting those who works for him. Mechanical branch people are recruited for electrical work. Marketing experience people are posted for substation operation job. No career growth. Management is very casual. KRA system isn't transparent. Management doesn't listen to the problem of employees. Not adhering the true culture of Tata company. No conveyance allowance, medical allowance, shift allowance though employees are striving so hard day & night....Read More

Remuneration can be much better. PLI fund takes away a big chunk of the CTC. Most people are heard saying they joined just for Tata brand for this hike n pay structurethe .
