I am currently working as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte with a CTC of 7.5 LPA and 12 years of work experience. Based on my experience, I feel my current salary is relatively low. Recently, I received an offer from TPSODL (a joint venture of Tata Power and the Odisha government) with a CTC of 11.25 LPA (8.40 LPA fixed + variable). I am now at a crossroads, unsure whether to continue at Deloitte or make the switch to Tata Power. I would appreciate any valuable insights or suggestions.
