As per company hr policies company is safe to work but it is just on paper not in practical because your performance will be judge by the Japanese on their mood and buttering culture. Hard work is not the only thing to judge your work performance here in the company. If you make any single mistake you can be fired.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
