Brand image, feels good to introduce yourself in front of others..

Dislikes

Monotonous way of working, no room for creativity. Non-uniform company policies, here department HODs makes their own rules which is favourable only to him/her. Company now is only focusing to drive numbers by selling any brands trucks, no long term visibility. Strict timings feels like school, a 5min late can cost you half-day.. Lot of office politics, most of the employees here are unprofessional having zero domain knowledge....Read More
