There is only one thing I dislike that (M.D) Owner of Toyota Kirloskar Motors dealership are rairly meets with their sales officers they always left all decision authority to their management whatever they do with sales Officer eighter right or wrong. There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address sales officer issue.Salary is decent but growth is very slow.

My work life during at Toyota Kirloskar Motors was very hard because I were appointed for Shahjahanpur district reason sales officer and there was nither any showroom nor vehicle demonstration facilities was present.

As I worked as contract basis in Toyota, my payroll is Cadmaxx solutions Pvt Ltd. They don't have respect for contract employees. Security and Canteen people doesn't respect you properly. They'll treat you like person came to do work with no other options. They if you are contract employees or out sourced employee you don't have jobsecurity. They can remove whenever they want to.
